If you read the links and do some google fu, you will see that the woman arrested tried to use the same argument you used, and it didn't fly with the judge either.

Well I really dont appreciate you attacking me Im entitled to an opinion same as you. I never anywhere said I would pierce my dogs ears because I wouldnt I dont even really dress my dogs. We are a more athletic family and so are my dogs. I wouldnt judge anyone who does choose to do it though and I think anyone who would but dresses a dog or stuffs them in a bag is being hypocritical.
