As a breeder I Do NOT sell surprise puppies, I do want to meet with the potential parents , now if a single person then I MUST meet with that ONE person, it is important to build a relationship with a breeder, for example I have a family in the next town waiting on one of my girls, the girls just by chance are ready by Dec 25th.. because we have a relationship of over one year,yes they been waiting that long for a silky, I am letting them take the puppy on Dec 24th, they have a 14 year old that is been wanting her for ever. I have met with the parents twice, and I know i am doing the right thing. I only sell my pups locally and keep track of them. so is very, very important that you both meet the breeder a good breeder is going to become part of your life, I have built great relationships with my puppy parents, specially I doggy sit my puppies when they go on vacations, and they know they can always call me with any concerns.. best of luck in your search.
