I hate having to handle food and then touch my camera so I finally had to stop doing the food thing. I need both hands to stay clean so I had to go to sounds more. Occas. I will pick up a treat with teeth only but then have to go brush them. I have a sound effects CD I sometimes play in a CD player behind me. Tibbe is so savvy though he learns what is going on quickly and zones out after a bit on most things except squeaky toys. He's highly obsessed with them. And he watches food but hate using it.
I wish somebody would make a
dog camera with a little receptacle on top to hold the treat in a little removable plastic-bottomed wire basket to hold the bit of high value treat! Use a little pair of tongs to place the treat in the basket and let the photo session begin. We'd all get very attentive little faces directed right at the camera then.
