I'm so beyond aggravated with that Melbourne "shelter". What a joke of a place. Ugh!
I'm also very happy to hear he is with a foster home that will care for him. He's going to feel so much better!!
By the way, how were Bengi's teeth? I keep meaning to ask that since these found yorkies seem to be described as having bad teeth sometimes..?
