Then I would go for a PC. I got my son a HP from Walmart. I didn't want him to have all the bells and whistles. Lol. I think it was about $400. It has been a good computer for him. My first one came from Best Buy and it was almost $1000 for a PC. It got stolen (thanks to the jerks who robbed my house) and I settled for a less expensive one at Sams. When that one died, my DH bought me a Dell. Personally, I am a technology person, and I wouldn't trade my iPad for anything!!
