It is SO MISLEADING!!!!  He was registered when paid for initial chipping but their site said I needed to renew our registration!
Mickey had Avid and they charged me $6 to update a phone number change. But I wanted all the info to be current. $6 for any info changes! Grrr |
That is terrible that Avid does that. I have called Home Again a few times to update and change things and they were very helpful.
