After what happened with Tibbe's Home Again info in the online database and my getting a message the chip # didn't match their contact info - when it actually did and them not knowing why I got that message - and all but my contact info being wrong or missing and some of the problems you all are having, it is clear chips and chip websites, vets staffs doing their part and the whole process is far from working like clockwork in every case. It's good all these microchip-related problems are being aired and a lot of us getting things squared away. It's also a good a reminder we'll all need to check those sites and have the chips scanned from time to time just to be sure everything is as it should be.
