Chibi has that, it was caused by food allergies. I had to get a food allergy panel done and find a food without anything he was allergic to in it(very challenging). After the initial sikness was done I kept him on probiotics mixed in his food and he has done really well. It just sucks when someone drops food or he finds food out on his walks he gets sick all over again. It's helpful to keep some meds on hand for incidents like that. I also found one herbal remidy that cures his upset tummy every time, herbs are good because they arnt harsh on thier stomach and you can keep a stock pile that wont expire quickly.
