I'm so sorry to hear about Gizmo. Hopefully you will learn good ways to manage this and he can live a comfortable, full life when the last of his current bout has cleared up. When Tibbe had his GI issues in June, they started him on something called
?Fortiflora? or something like that. It was a probiotic and I poured it over & mixed it in with his food. It spiked his appetite when he tasted it and I feel it really helped him turn the corner. He's still on the prescription food as anything other than that he gets a bite of can send him into a day of gas, loud tummy sounds and just lying about. He grazes outside and eats things from the grass B4 I can stop him and for sure the next a.m., he's gassy, etc. I'll sure be praying for Gizmo.
