No what I'm saying is you
can't change anything on their website, unlike Home Again where you can. It's just nice to have the option. I don't like being on the phone period. I hate talking to strangers, it kind of gives me anxiety. I am just weird like that.
But you can change stuff by calling or faxing the, but certain changes, they charge you a fee.
