Ok this makes sense! The site I (actually Nancy) linked is in fact a "third party" site, so I guess they don't have Avid's numbers updated. Now that I think of it, when I sent in Uni's info earlier this year I did get a confirmation letter sent to my house. There were a few typos as far as the vet's name, but nothing significant. Addresses and phones were correct.
I really hope Avid does update their site soon. I really don't like how you can't do anything online, and if you want to change certain things you have to pay a fee again. I think if you change phone numbers it's free of charge.
