Thank you all for the information, this explain a lot as to why the seller will not give me any information about the breeder.
I wrote the seller back again and explained to her that I would never considering buying a dog without having access to its breeder- no response yet.

She did send a picture of the little guy via email, he is cute but honestly I do not know enough about the breed to even guess if he is actually a Biewer or a mix.
I also just noticed they have Biewer puppies for sale also.
