I'm not up there, but I have family in Rocklin and Granite Bay...but they don't have Yorkies, lol. Have you tried meetup.com? That's where I found my Yorkie group here.
If not, go ahead and start one! Put up some flyers at the local pet stores, groomers and vets. You'll have people in no time!
