What are you feeding your Yorkie? It could be a food allergy. So many foods are not good for the skin of our precious Yorkies. I would definitely change over to a food with a Venison or Lamb base if the vet cannot diagnose the problem. I had a poodle that bit her skin raw and it was awful. It was a food allergy. Got her off that science diet and on to a venison base food and she cleared up. Please check the food. My dogs eat Blue Buffalo and are doing fine. I hope you can get this taken care of. Also watch the shampoo and conditioner. I use Hy-lyte from the vet.
