You need to check your contract and see if hereditary defects are covered. this is passed down and may skip many generations. I also know of someone that has this in her lines but if you ask her, it's the first time she's heard of it.
$1200 is a lot for a male in my part of the country and the least she could do is to refund you the part for the neuter. You MUST have it done now since the undescended testicle will become cancerous.
She had the stretching done before...that means that she knows it's in her lines and that male should not have been bred again. Best of luck. |
