@ Tokipoki-Hahaha it does look like he is smirking but it is really a "cow lick". I brush that peice of hair down or wet it and it pops right back up!!

Thanks everyone! He is such a good pup, only 7 months and 3lbs but his heart seems to be doing great so far! I was really worried that he would panic and have a panic attack while at the groomers, but he did great! Love our groomer, she did great with Toby and does amazing with our hyper active springer spaniel too LOL
