I will tell you that the nasty lady said the same words to me about "get involved". And, if I heard correctly when she answered the phone, her name was Donna.
As for the phone thing with the dog - my dogs hear me or my husband on the phone and they show NO reaction most of the time. I'm just so thrilled that you spoke to the lady that has a heart and will work with you.
