Most times results under 100 point to MVD. Only a liver biopsy can confirm it. Also, I think that drug he's on for seizures can cause elevated Bile Acid Test results... ask your vet to check on that.
Maybe a neuro would be a better choice to find out why he seizes... MVD does not usually cause seizures by itself.
