In summary: Denamarin is Denosyl + Marin, given once daily in the morning.
Denosyl is SAMe (antioxidant, etc.) same as S Adenosyl (I think)
Marin is silymarin (most active form of milk thistle)
They all support the liver functions (not all the same way). Denosyl is given PM, if taking with Marin, Marin is given in the AM. Some believe these work better given separately, as opposed to Denamarin, which is a combo of the two, and given once daily. |
