You should NOT feel horrible! You have done something wonderful.
I might add that, even if this turns out not to be Bengi (I pray pray pray it IS)...how can they see the condition of this pup and just be so fast to get ready to adopt it out? I mean, he is neutered and obviously well fed and groomed..he is SOMEBODY'S baby! (sorry..that just aggrevates me)
