Low blood sugar does NOT correct its self un treated! You have to give a source of glucose to alleviate the condition. If the baby got better without treatment, and additionally her blood work came back good, it was not low blood sugar. I would take my baby to a neurologist....this sounds like possibly a seizure activity.
