I am originally from there and all my family still lives there. She coud check the Honolulu Star Bulletin Its the local newspaper there and start talking to people. She still has awhile to feel her way to a good breeder. I know even after she meets the requirements here when the pup gets to Hawaii hell have to be quarantined (sp?) for I believe 3-5 days. Luck for her the laws have changed, about 10 or so years ago it was months. But its awesome to protect everyone there from rabies. Tell her good luck, theres alot of good people there. |
