That woman didn't try. She didn't engage with that dog, try to teach him things, take him in the car, to the park, try to bond with him. She stuck him in her yard and put out food. I'm talking about rehabbing a dog with a hurt spirit who doesn't understand where his former owner is. They can be brought out of that obsession to stick with the only love they have known by somebody that loves and works to help the dog. Nobody really tried to show hi another life awaited him! Nobody!
