 How strange is this?!?
My dad drives over an hour each way to work, 7 days a week. So he racks up miles on his truck fast. My mom and I have been bugging him to get a new truck for the past year, since it has over 300,000 miles on it. He kept saying no way, my goal is to get 400,000 on this thing! He hit 400,000 miles on the way to work today! On the way back, at 400,030 miles, the transmission blew (in my parents neighborhood). How crazy is that!!! My mom called me today to tell me the news, and she said that my dad has been grinning ear to ear all day. I kept thinking how pissed off he would have been if it happened at 399,999 lol! He can finally let this truck go and move on!!! |
