She has improved enough to come home!!! I am picking her up this afternoon. We are not sure what caused this but can tell you one thing for sure NO MORE TRIFEXIS ever!!! We are back on Heartguard for life.
I did all the cleaning and sterlizing of her crate, blankets, bowls, pads and toys (would have sterlized the cat if he would stand still long enough).
