Sorry, but to me, this sounds like a contradiction in itself.

You've done research and feel it is of utmost importance for them to be with the mother at this time, yet at the same time you feel it's OK for the breeder to let them go early if they say it's OK. So, which one is it, which is your opinion? I reallly don't see how in this matter you can ride both sides of the fence here.

To say you've done the reasearch and A is best, but then to turn around and say that B is acceptable? Really, I don't understand--this seems double sided to me.
