Well he looks like a sweetie. he seems fearful in the photo (ears down), and like he's had a heck of a time playing in a puddle, but not neglected at all.
i totally understand you're not wanting to look though. you can tell he is just a bath and hug away from being a beauty. makes me want to get on a plane as well!!! if only he knew how many people were loving him from afar...erg here come the tears again...
