I didnt say it was ideal to let a pup go at 6 weeks old,I said that is how things are done in many many places and by many breeders. In my opinion,a pup is more than ready at 6/8 weeks old,and I think the way I do because that is what Im used to.
I got both of my girls very young too and they were/are fine, and every one else here gets their pups at that age too,so it cant be that dangerous and terrible when its being done in most of europe and other parts of the world.
I for one prefer them to be younger when they come and as I said,at 8 weeks old they are more than ready to do so.
This is one of those subjects where no body (breeders) should be judged because each one does what works better for them and their dogs. Its not always about selling the pups early because they get more money, its about common sense..when a pup is ready, its ready..plain and simple. And as for wanting them to go to jail etc...Thats just exagerating things If it were so bad for the pup to go at such a young age,it wouldent be done, yet is is,and in ALOT of countries.I love yorkies, thats why I have 2 and Im waiting for my male, but I dont see as many red flags as some people do...some breeders do things differently thats all.
