I pray that the vet figures out what is going on and that she is better quickly. It really doesn't sound like Parvo to me, but of course I'm not a vet. Being vaccinated is no guarantee, as there are so many different strains of the disease that it would be impossible to vaccinate against every single one. If she does indeed have Parvo, the silver lining would be, of course, that you got her prompt medical attention and that she is in the very capable hands of your vet. This applies no matter what is going on, you did not "wait and see" like a lot of people do when their babies are ill. You are a wonderful parent to Sophie Kate and she WILL be all better very soon
