The program that I am using (Print shop label creator) it is really easy. It doesn't take long to actually make them but it takes me forever to decide what to use. There are so many backgrounds, borders, and fonts sometimes it is hard to decide. You just make them like a label and then export it as jpeg. It is a lot more simple than Photo shop. I got mine for $5.
