Hahaha! Yeah I think it is just a man thing! At least by the time he was dumping them, they had dried off and weren't slobbery. I probably would have been mad about that!

My best friend did this years ago. She took her two small nephews to the Philadelphia zoo. Got out of the car, went into the zoo and had a wonderful time. Came out, couldn't find her keys. Finally realized that she had left the car running with the doors all locked up  She didn't have AAA so she called a tow company. They wouldn't come unless she had the cash, all she had was her checkbook. The guy was really a jerk about it, and here she had two kids under 5 to get back home in New Jersey. So she told him I'll get you the cash when you unlock the doors. She wrote him a check (it was good, she just had no cash left on her) and told him to take it and shut up  |
Oh that is awful!!! I'm glad he came at least though, and got it done. I wish people like that could be more understanding!
DH had just loaded all of our stuff in the car, including the crate that the dogs travel in. Normally they are in the crate when we put it in the car, but they were having fun playing with our friends and they had to go pee before we left, so they stayed with us and we were just going to lift them into the crate in the back of the SUV. DH said thank GOODNESS he didn't put them in their crate and then come and say goodbye. They would have freaked right out being stuck in there for so long without us!
