I am sorry I am just seeing this. Since your puppy is so young I would make sure she is eating every few hours even through the night. My Cali had several episodes of hypoglycemia and it is so scary. I had to feed her every 2-3 hours for a couple of months, even during the night. I uses nutrical if she wouldn't eat or if she was stressed out. Hopefully it was an isolated episode and with the stress of shots and antibiotics making her more susceptible to hypoglycemia. I would also have blood work done just to make sure she doesn't have a liver shunt. If she is home alone all day it wold be a good idea to have someone check on her and make sure she is eating. Good luck and keep us posted.
