I haven't been able to find any bad reviews of antlers. They are a natural, unprocessed by-product, so I think they would be safest of any chews to give a dog.
Personally, I can't give my dogs chews. They fight over them. I do have cooked cow shin bones around, Finny will chew one of them once in a great while. Sometimes I give them raw bones.
