You need to carefully get this baby to a specialist ASAP. If there is no spinal cord damage, that is a good thing...is he getting medication to keep the cord from swelling? THAT will cause injury to the cord and could permanenbtly paralyze him...bowel and bladder control is a good thing...is there a vet school close to where you are? He really does need to be seen by a specialist...dont do anything rash until he is seen by a specialist!!!
