One thing, I don't see him pee! I keep waiting for him no kinda get lower to the ground outside, but he doesn't. The last time, I picked him up and he was wet underneath, so I guess he went. I've been taking him out after he eats, wakes up, and drink.

Aaaah, I remember it well - crawling around on the floor, practically laying down, trying to watch for if Harry was pee-ing.....I'm sure Andy thought I was losing my mind.....
It's so much easier when/if they lift their leg!
Everything's new to him, he's probably not used to car journeys - and if he's not drinking much, he probably isn't pee-ing too much either
I'm sure within a few days you'll have it all under control, you'll be more used to one another and things will calm down. I wish you every happiness with your new Littlie
