Good luck to you in your search. I hope your Mom's Shih Tzu picks up Bengi's scent and can lead you to his hiding place. This whole thing is just so awful. They were so negligent at that Clarion, and it is hard to know what exacly they are doing to make it right and find Bengi, whom they are responsible for losing. Businesses like to say that 'the customer is always right' but if that was true, the Clarion would've NOT ignored your warning sign and Bengi would NOT have ever been unsecured. I am keeping fingers, eyes, toes, arms, ankles, and everything else than can be, crossed that this is Bengi's luckiest weekend and is re-united with his loving family!
