If need be, contact your vet and see if you can go up just a tad on her pain med, or the frequency it is given....it is important her pain is managed so she will recover on schedule from her surgery....we all know when you are in oain, THAT is the center of your universe...not eating, not drinking, not breathing deeply, not moving around any more than absolutely necessary.....pain management is absolutely an intergral part of post op recovery.....she may need her pain med dosing adjusted....
