Hi and welcome to YT . He may just be missing his little friend and take a few days to adjust. Sometimes Yorkies are fussy eaters, I have 2 and one of them is quite a fussy eater, he has days when he does not eat much but he always eats treats!! Then he goes back to normal .
He may have been better at eating with his little pal as it was a bit of competition for food, what are you feeding him on ?
