Isabelle had diarrhea with blood last week for 3 days. I took her to the vet on Sat. and he gave her an injection. He told me to hold her food for about 6 hours that day. She also has to take meds for a week. By that night, the diarrhea went away. Puppies are usually sensitive to changes and new environments. No need to worry. Hope she gets better soon.
