Nice gate Genie! I haven't thought about making one out of the plastic lattice, it looks really nice, part of the house. Right now I still use the baby gate but they are a pain to put up all the time. And as far as a king size bed is concerned, like FastEddie said, they somehow develope into Great Danes when they are sleeping with you, never enough room
