I got a responce from Clarion Hotels after I posted a comment on their page...telling me they looked and have reversed the charges for their stay, it was an oversight, blah, blah, how saddened they were by this 'unfortunate incident' and I should check out great deals they have for pets...
Dont think they like the negative publicity...too bad for them!
