Omg What have I done wrong?

I have three dogs, a 9 year old female spayed Yorkie, a 10 months old male intact Yorkie, and a 2 year old neutered Terrier mix. My problem started 3 days ago and I never saw any warning signs. The male Yorkie puppy has started to fight with the female Yorkie. I mean all out growling, biting, fighting. This never happens during the day. It only happens at night when we go to bed. The dogs all sleep with me and until 3 nights ago, we were all just fine. But now in the middle of the night they start to fight. Based on their personalities, I believe the puppy starts the fight and it has to do with who gets to lay closest to me.

I normally show them lots of love when we play and sit together but as of today, I've decided to reduce the amount of contact to see if I am the one who is causing the fight. I try to share myself equally amoungst them but maybe I've favored the puppy alittle more as I've tried to welcome him into the pack. They all get a turn to receive affection and that usually goes well.

The Yorkie that wants to fight joined the pack in March when he was 3 months old. Other than this problem, he is doing very well as the newest family member. House training is going well, he isn't distructive, we just have this one big issue! My thought is to the crate the trouble maker at night until the issue is resolved.

Any advice out there from Yorkie land?
