So much of NJ is powerless, I'm just sure Carmen is one of those. Does anyone know if she lived especially near the water or anything? Weren't those the only homes that were really terribly damaged beyond repair in Jersey? I don't know enough about the topography to tell where all of the seriously damaged homes are but they do seem to be quite near or right on the water from the things the news is saying. Hopefully if she didn't live really near the beach, she's just out of power, with no or very little flooding and is waiting for wattage and then some pumping. I just pray she and the doggies and family are all safe and sound and grumpy. Grumpy from the dark, the cold, the isolation and the running out of things! Grumpy can be good - it means you are doing well enough to complain!!!
