My in-laws used to sell Rainbows door-to-door. My FIL actually quit college, a year away from a degree in Pharmacy, to sell these vaccuums with his wife, and that's what they did while having three small children at home. But they all (including DH) RAVE about the Rainbow. The in-laws still have two at home. But why anyone would spend thousands on a vaccuum is beyond me! Especially from a door-to-door salesman! That is probably why it only lasted a couple of years and DH is beyond frugal because he says he grew up poor. But boy, were their carpets clean lol.
