Sometimes when they get all empty from the runs or vomiting, it'll take a few days for them to have enough "stuff" in them to make a poopie. If she seems uncomfortable, I'd definitely call the vet. Did they put her on a probiotic to replace all the good bacteria lost? If not, I would ask the vet about that.
