For Blazer I have a metal rotating pin comb and he gets combed daily (he LOVES it!) For shampoo I use a conditioning oatmeal shampoo. I brought him in for his first haircut when he was about 3 1/2 months old. I use child scissors to trim around his pads, eyes, and sanitary regions. I play with his feet constantly so he really doesn't mind getting his nails trimmed, but I've never been super comfortable doing them, so they are always a little longer than they should be.
