Charlene I just found that out...There is a dairy farm about 10min. from me that I pass everyday, I sometimes see the cows out grazing.
Yesterday I had the opportunity to be a passenger instead of the driver...it was then that I noticed the name of the farm...something (cant remember the name) Holsteins! Oh well I'm not trying to re-name her 'Holstein'
Gonna google Jersey cows to see what they look like....
