Most yorkies live a pampered life of an indoor dog, with heating in winter & air conditioning in summer. Combine that with their single coat of hair and they aren't meant to be a hardy outdoor breed.
So, when we go outside in fall/winter, if I need a hoodie, ZoE gets one too. If I need a winter coat, ZoE gets one too.
