Mine is, but my moms puppy asnt been spayed yet, she isn't old enough yet. Maybe when my mom has her dog spayed they can get along again, because I enjoy my mom and I doing thigs with our babies. Also I am having to go out of the state every other month, and I don't really like to board her, I know they take good care of her, but I feel better when she is with my mom
