My little guy can tear his up....but normally he is pretty mellow....if I find a tear, I stitch it up quickly with heavy thread or it is tossed. I have also removed eyes (if someone has given him a "real" toy) and then just emboriored (sp) eyes on and they work fine.

I too am afraid of him getting choked on the stuffing, so I try to be careful....now, if you looked in my yard on any given day, you will see what Sophie (my daughters German Shepard) has torn up...she is worse then any pup I know!!!
